My name is Katie (she/her) and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. I specialize in treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, (C)PTSD, grief, and adjustments through life transitions. I am an ally to all people; I celebrate the spectrum of gender identity and sexual orientation and I seek to provide a culturally inclusive, safe, and healing environment to all people and who may identify within groups such as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, or people with disabilities.

Together, we will begin the journey towards individual healing where I use components of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy to guide clients in the process. Ultimately, I meet clients where they are at in life and assist them to establish tangible and realistic goals. I am currently accepting new referrals for individual therapy for adolescents (14-18), young adults (18-26), and adults (26+).
