I have eight years of direct clinical experience and specialize in working with adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns, trauma, anxiety and depression disorders, suicidality, self-harm and individuals facing adversity.

My clients are greeted with warmth and empathy while on their therapeutic journey. I will walk alongside you, without judgment, while you meet your greatest potential and end cycles that no longer serve you. I recognize that changing behaviors, beliefs and thoughts can be challenging and I will meet you with patience and genuine compassion. I am a creative therapist who welcomes feedback from clients to ensure they are given quality services that meet their needs.

I practice strength-based and trauma-informed care, while highlighting how the intersectionality of  race, gender identity, sexual orientation and socio-economic status affects your path to recovery. I am a social justice advocate in the community and use a social justice-informed lens to help advocate for equity and inclusion. I recognize that having a safe and sustainable community and having access to resources is vital to overcoming mental health and substance use concerns.

I use a variety of techniques including Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems.
